OUR MISSION
Drew’s Hope Research Foundation is a non-profit foundation established in 2007 in honor of Drew Ferrandino. Drew was diagnosed at the age of 5 with Batten Disease (CLN2), a rare degenerative neurologic disease for which there is no cure and always fatal. Drew went from a child who could run, jump and play to a child needing constant medical care. Drew passed away at the age of 12 on September 30, 2014. We continue our fight to find a cure for this devastating disease in his memory.
